Materials: Mozzarella cheese in thick slices
Preparation:
- Put some slices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese in a plate and microwave it for 1 1/2 minutes or melt them in a fry pan in medium heat until the bottom is golden brown and the top still white.
- When ready, let it cool down for about 10 minutes or so. It has to be hard but still manageable.
- Put any filling of your like
- With a knife lift up the edges and roll. In this example I haven’t let it cool down completely so that you can see that at the end, its hard to roll it cause its still soft. Its important to let it cool down completely so that it doesn’t tear apart.
